Day 1. Know what to track by lunch.

Paste your job description, or pick inside sales, recruiting or general. You get 6 to 10 metrics, each with why it matters and how managers use it. Keep the ones that fit and set each one daily or weekly.

The job description goes to the AI once, after you say yes. It isn’t stored by us. Rather not? The role packs work offline.

By default, a reminder at 4:30 on weekdays asks for today’s numbers. It never tells you what you missed.

Day 90. Walk into your review with receipts.
