Terms of Use

The most important part: what you write in Unhumble and what you paste from it are yours to check. Read every bullet before you use it, and follow your employer’s rules about what you can record and share.

These terms apply to the Unhumble iPhone app and its pages at clickingnook.com/unhumble and unhumbled.app, provided by Clicking Nook LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app or signing up on this website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Unhumble.

Your log and your employer

Unhumble is a personal record of your own work. You’re responsible for what you log, and for keeping confidential company or customer information out of it when your employer’s policies require that. This matters most for the AI features, which send the text you choose to our AI provider (see the Privacy Policy).

AI output

Suggested metrics and bullets are written by AI. The app is built to use only the numbers you logged and to flag any number it can’t match, but AI can still get things wrong. Review and edit everything before you put it in a resume, review, post, or anything else. Unhumble isn’t career, legal, or HR advice.

The beta

  • Unhumble is in beta. Features may change or stop working, and each TestFlight build expires after a set time.
  • Signing up doesn’t guarantee access to the beta or a release date.
  • Your log is stored only on your iPhone. If you delete the app or lose the phone, the log goes with it.

Using the app and this website

  • Unhumble is for personal use on an iPhone.
  • Don’t misuse the app or this website, for example by interfering with our server or signing up other people’s email addresses.

App Store license

When Unhumble is on the App Store, the app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. Beta builds are also subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.

Disclaimers

Unhumble is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of AI output.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Clicking Nook LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made based on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Unhumble means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
